Native have opened a brand new restaurant based in Mayfair, central London. Set within the iconic luxury fashion retailer Browns, we are home to a stunning space complete with an incredible outdoor terrace and modern indoor dining, with a sustainable food offering to match. We’re a team who love what we do and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and down to earth experience for our customers. Our team is growing and are pleased to offer you the opportunity to a part of our dream team!

 

What you’ll do:

• Meet and greet our clients, welcoming them to Native and building rapport

• Champion the amazing produce and our suppliers, educating customers on the offering

• Attend to customer needs to ensure their entire experience is personalised and memorable

• Serve food and drink to the guests during service

• Prepare the dining room for service

• Serve food and drink to the guests during service

• Preparation of our seasonal cocktails, teas and kombucha 

• Help to pair wines with the seasonal menu

 

Who you are:

• You have a friendly and personable nature, and love to meet new people

• You have a passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time

• You have an interest in British food and can naturally share this knowledge with our guests

• You’re a team player

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• You’re a problem solver, able to think on your feet and pre-empt any obstacles that may occur

• You are fluent in English language, additional languages are advantageous
