Championing sustainable cooking both Ivan and Imogen show strong passion in foraging and growing their ingredients to get the best of what nature has to give. This all comes together to show a unique outlook on British heritage cooking.
Initially self taught, Ivan went on to work for the truly inspirational River Cottage HQ in Devon and the Michelin Starred Blue Hill Farm at Stone Barns in New York, fine tuning his skills and further developing his passion for natural, foraged and seasonal produce. Building upon this knowledge Ivan has received a Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Food and passed his WSET exam in wine with Distinction. While also featuring in the Great British Menu in 2020 for London and the South East.
Having grown up in rural Northamptonshire, Imogen has always been at one with nature, running her family falconry business and managing the infamous Rufus the hawk. Hunter gathering is in Imogens blood, learning from a very young age the crafts of plucking, skinning & foraging whilst nurturing a truly wonderful palate for the wild food of Britain. Imogen was named in Grace Dents "10 People to Watch in the food industry 2017". While also being listed in the Code "100 most influential women in hospitality 2021".
