Building upon this knowledge Ivan has received a Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Food and passed his WSET exam in wine with Distinction. While also featuring in the Great British Menu in 2020 for London and the South East.

imogen

Having grown up in rural Northamptonshire, Imogen has always been at one with nature, running her family falconry business and managing the infamous Rufus the hawk. Hunter gathering is in Imogens blood, learning from a very young age the crafts of plucking, skinning & foraging whilst nurturing a truly wonderful palate for the wild food of Britain. Imogen was named in Grace Dents "10 People to Watch in the food industry 2017". While also being listed in the Code "100 most influential women in hospitality 2021".
